Your Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality hygiene care, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and

fluoride treatments

- Educate patients on oral health and best hygiene practices

- Take and develop X-rays while maintaining detailed patient records in EagleSoft

- Collaborate with the dental team to provide outstanding patient care

What We’re Looking For:

- Active RDH license in Virginia (Required)

- At least 2 years of experience in dental hygiene preferred

- Strong communication skills with a patient-centered approach

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
