We are seeking an experienced dental front office team member to support our scheduling and reception team.

Our amazing cosmetic and general dental spa is in beautiful Kirkland, close to the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment in the region.

This position is full-time, Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

Create an exceptional experience for patients and team members.
Outstanding customer service with patient as #1 priority; assist doctors in the timely and successfully resolution of the non-clinical aspects of patient complaints, concerns, and questions.
ensure all hygiene appointments are filled.
Lead by example
Build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctor(s) and staff. Facilitate the resolution of any concerns.
Follow HIPAA policies and procedures and other applicable privacy and security policies and procedures to maintain patient privacy and protect patient information including financial, personal, and health information.
Effectively scheduling hygiene appointments.
Understand and provide oversight for the company’s managed care component (scheduling, fee schedules, etc.).
Follow OSHA safety standards.
Ability to embrace change.
Ability to pivot quickly.
Ability to work as a team.
Ability to work independently.
HIGH level of compassion for patients.
Ability to present treatment to patients knowledgeably when in the clinical consultation room.
