Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update office records, including patient information
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, checking EOB's, processing dental claims
- Oversee lab case management and scheduling
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Dentrix, Dexis & iTero is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team
- Minimum 2 years of front and back office experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
