Collecting co-pays and processing payments
Maintaining office cleanliness and organization

Dental assistant duties:

Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing dental instruments
Assisting the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and suctioning
Taking dental x-rays
Educating patients on oral hygiene practices
Taking patient vital signs and medical history updates
Performing basic lab procedures as needed
