Dental Receptionist/Scheduler
We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to manage the company’s front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Dental Receptionist responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and maintaining office security. To be successful in this role, you should have a pleasant personality, be able to multi-task, and work well under pressure. Ultimately, you will ensure that the front office runs smoothly and that the company’s operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Check patients in and out.
Schedule patient appointments.
Answer phones in a friendly manner.
Present financial arrangements and collect payments.
Perform receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Manage office equipment such as computers, copiers, etc.
Protect office property by keeping them clean and orderly.
Make sure reception area is stocked with supplies.
Provide top-notch customer service to patients and internal staff.
Schedule: M & Tu 11 am - 7:30 pm, W 10 am - 6:30 pm, Th 9 am - 5 pm, F 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to drive a personal vehicle to and from work as needed.
