Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality dental services, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of dental practices.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Provide a range of dental treatments, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Eagle Soft.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols in all procedures.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Work effectively with pediatric patients, providing compassionate care tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry.
Experience or familiarity with medical imaging techniques is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in clinical practice.
Prior experience in a dental office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $125,500.00 - $240,000.00 per year
