Our established private dental practice, located in Irvine, CA, is looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our patient-focused team.

Compensation:

Competitive Pay: $28-$32/hour, Based on experience
Paid time off
Dental

Schedule: Full-Time

Monday-Thursday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Ideal Dental Treatment Coordinator Candidate:

A strong communicator who’s confident presenting treatment plans and guiding patients through their options
Experienced with dental insurances, and treatment planning
Skilled at building rapport and following up on unscheduled treatment
Proactive and professional on the phone and in person

Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include:

Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions.
Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
Communicate with all outside and third-party financing companies offered to patients and educate patients on the available outside financing options.
Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
