We are a high-tech, patient-centered dental office seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Office Administrator to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate brings experience with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software, professional phone etiquette, and efficient handling of appointment requests. Familiarity with managing insurance claims through Vyne and processing insurance check submissions is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Eaglesoft PMS proficiently for patient scheduling, records, and treatment planning.
Support front office tasks, including scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient communications.
Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and maintain a high standard of care.
Answer phone calls professionally and assist with appointment requests.

Additional (Advanced) Responsibilities:

Submit insurance claims and manage processing through Vyne.
Ensure prompt and accurate submission of insurance checks.
Work closely with patients to verify insurance benefits and assist with billing inquiries.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental office setting, though we are willing to train the right fit!
Proficiency with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
