What You’ll Do

Make patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit
Conduct initial oral health screenings and review medical history
Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
Perform cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealant application
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques
Take dental X-rays and impressions
Maintain accurate documentation and patient charts
Assist the dentist with diagnosis and treatment planning
Monitor and maintain hygiene equipment and supplies
Follow HIPAA and infection control protocols

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Dental Hygienist (state-specific license required)
Proven experience in clinical dental hygiene
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Detail-oriented, friendly, and professional demeanor
Familiarity with dental software and sterilization protocols
Passion for patient education and preventive care
CPR certification preferred
