Dr. Soto Downey Dentist is growing business in Downey, CA. We are seeking a Dental Receptionist with 2+ years of experience as a Dental Receptionist.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- File and scan documents as needed
- Confirm appointments.
- Checking Insurance Eligibility
- Provide clerical support to various departments
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives or managers, if needed
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Provide excellent customer support to clients or customers
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

- Dental Receptionist Experience 2+ years
-Dental Office Experience and terminology
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
