We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform dental cleanings and scaling procedures while ensuring patient comfort.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in health status accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to aseptic techniques at all times.
Utilize Dentrix software for patient documentation and scheduling as needed.
Stay updated on advancements in general dentistry practices and techniques.

Skills

Strong patient care skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for patients.
Ability to perform detailed documentation reviews to ensure accuracy in patient records.
Familiarity with aseptic techniques to maintain safety standards within the practice.
A solid understanding of general dentistry principles and practices.
