We are currently looking for a warm, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and help support our growing team and patient family. Primary responsibility is to provide an excellent patient office experience from phone calls, check-in, and check-out. Ensuring the patient leaves well informed, prepared for their next appointment and thanking them for coming into the office and taking care of their oral health. This includes ensuring the patient understands their treatment plan, the benefits of treatment, insurance benefits, assisting with financial arrangements and coordination of appointments.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients with kindness and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
Manage and fill doctors and hygienists schedules properly within scheduling rules/templates; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment.
Look ahead in the schedule for the week and offer patients appointments for the week.
Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments
Maintain front office organization and patient records
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Who You Are:

Friendly, empathetic, and calm under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Experience with dental or medical office systems is a plus (we can train the right person!)
Passionate about wellness and holistic healthcare approaches as well as providing 5 star customer service
