Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate Is someone who knows the tricks. Someone with all the experience who knows how to talk to people, to lead people and connect with people. Someone who knows numbers and processes. Who knows what a successful day in a dental office already looks like.This role is crucial in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently while providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
Ability to lead and direct dental practice, ensuring top-notch patient service
Provide support to the dental team, ensuring productivity and organization throughout the day
Supervise office staff, providing training and support as needed to enhance team performance.
Focus on efficient patient scheduling for optimal productivity and care
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Competence in using dental practice management software
Ability to oversee financial operations, maintain budgets, and ensure profitability
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Dental admin experience 3 years (Required)
Understanding of managed care processes and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office.

Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday 7:45am-5:00pm
Thursdays 7:45am -3:00pm
Fridays as needed
