We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic RDA EF2 to join our growing team and play an integral role in delivering top-quality patient care.

Position Overview:
As an RDA EF2, you’ll use your advanced clinical training to perform expanded duties under the supervision of our dentist. Your experience and attention to detail will help elevate the patient experience, improve efficiency, and support our office’s high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including restorative and cosmetic cases
Perform EF2 duties, including placing, contouring, and finishing direct restorations, and taking final impressions
Complete iTero digital scans for treatment planning, Invisalign, crowns, and other restorative work
Educate patients on post-op care and treatment options
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using dental software

Qualifications:

Active and current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
EF2 certification required
CPR/BLS certification
2+ years of clinical dental assisting experience preferred
Proficient in iTero scanning and digital workflow
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is a plus
