The Dental Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Duties

Manage daily operations of the dental office, including scheduling appointments and overseeing patient flow.
Supervise and train office staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient service.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Handle billing, insurance claims, and fiscal management to optimize revenue cycle processes.
Implement and monitor office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with dental professionals to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the practice.
Ensure that the office meets all regulatory requirements, including JCAHO standards.
Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.

Skills

Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Epic.
Strong fiscal management skills to oversee budgeting and financial reporting.
Experience in human resources management, including staff recruitment and performance evaluations.
Knowledge of utilization management practices to ensure optimal patient care delivery.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with critical care protocols is a plus, especially for practices that offer specialized services.

The Dental Office Manager position is essential for maintaining high standards of patient care while ensuring operational excellence within the practice. Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
