Wausau Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center is a private practice here in central Wisconsin. Patient care is our passion here at Wausau Oral Surgery. We are currently looking for an individual who is in search of a great opportunity to grow their career to the next level and work as a member of our team.

Our office is looking for a surgical assistant with great patient care and bedside manner and organizational skills. We are looking for a candidate with experience in the oral surgery field of at least 1 year with venipuncture experience, with ACLS and BLS certification(s). We also would accept experience in the Dental Assistant, or surgical technologist field(s).

The job duties would include but are not limited to:

greeting patients and seating them in patient rooms
preparing patients for surgery and procedures
setting up/breaking down surgical trays
working in sterilization
cleaning and setting up patient rooms
assisting doctor in surgeries and procedures
taking PA's, iCat scans, and intra oral scans
helping our front desk staff

After 90 days of employment, we offer a yearly clothing allowance and funds to assist with insurance premiums per paycheck. We also cover the cost of maintaining ACLS and BLS certification(s).

After one year of employment, we offer a simple IRA plan with up to 3% match of funds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
