Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing single practitioner dental practice. Fully digital office with new ADEC chairs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages. The position will start out as part time with the potential for full time. Compensation is production based. A mix of private insurance and FFS patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, root canal therapy, and preventive care.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and maintain a sterile environment.
Document medical histories and treatment plans accurately in accordance with clinic protocols.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance patient care efficiency.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive measures to promote overall wellness.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous education and training.
Maintain effective communication with patients regarding their treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.

Skills

Strong skills in patient assessment and the ability to identify dental issues promptly.
Knowledge of aseptic technique principles to uphold safety standards in the clinic.
Experience with medical documentation practices relevant to dental care.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques for improved workflow during procedures.
Understanding of dental terminology and its application in clinical settings.
Competence in performing root canal therapy and other advanced dental procedures.
Experience working in a dental clinic environment, demonstrating familiarity with daily operations.
Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.

Pay: $146,860.00 - $154,833.00 per year

Expected hours: 9 – 15 per week
