Responsibilities

Greet and prepare patients for treatment
Chairside assisting
Taking intra and extra oral photographs
Proper impression techniques for a variety of orthodontic appliances
Laboratory work
Provide post operative instructions and patient education
Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
Maintain strict compliance to infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA
Maintain orthodontic supply inventory
Perform other related job duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Strong skills in documentation review and attention to detail are essential.
Familiarity with medical scheduling software and billing practices is highly desirable.
Bilingual abilities (English & Filipino) are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Proficient in managing medical administrative support tasks effectively.
Knowledge of coding practices related to medical billing is advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
