Associate Dentist Needed in Hillsboro, OR - Make up to $350k/yr!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing high-quality dental care and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental services to our patients. This role requires a commitment to patient comfort and education, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our team of dental professionals.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to, root canal therapy, fillings, and extractions.
Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all dental procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to enhance patient experience and efficiency during procedures.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques, including medical imaging practices.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, oral health education, and post-treatment care.

Skills

Strong ability in patient assessment and diagnosis.
Knowledgeable in aseptic technique protocols to maintain infection control standards.
Experience with medical documentation processes within a dental clinic setting.
