Our upscale dental office is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our elite team at Ballantyne Dentistry. We are looking for a Full-Time Team Member!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy and efficiency
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with poise and professionalism
Handle insurance verification and billing coordination
Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming reception area
Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

Previous front desk, concierge, or administrative experience in a medical/dental setting preferred
Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Dentrix dental practice management software is a plus
Ability to multitask gracefully in a high-end environment
Professional appearance and demeanor

WORKING CONDITIONS

Majority of work performed in a clinical environment. Requires availability for extended hours during peak periods. Hours may change to meet the business needs.
