Dental Receptionist - Experienced

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist in our West Lafayette, IN pediatric dental office - who enjoys navigating dental insurance plans and managing patient accounts. We are a privately owned practice full of team members that enjoy our careers in pediatric dentistry.

Successful candidate will have responsibilities including: managing dental / medical insurance claims, payment posting, verifications/submission, follow-up, account management, sending statements , collection of payments, follow-up, along with shared administrative duties.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 3 + years of dental administrative or dental assisting experience
Proficiency in Dentrix practice management software is considered a plus
Passion for pediatric care with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, including Indiana Medicaid
