Seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to oversee our Removables department. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of denture production and customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising a team of dental technicians, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining the standards of our dental lab.

Qualifications:

Certification: Certified Dental Technician (CDT) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental technology with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in dental laboratory software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Management: Oversee all operations within the removables department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of dental technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all products meet Newtech Dental Laboratories’ standards.
Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules to meet client deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
Client Interaction: Coordinate with the Clinical Liaison and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and problem-solving solutions for complex cases, ensuring accuracy and precision in denture fabrication.
Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and cost-efficiency.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and product quality.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
