What You'll Do:

Support the CFO in managing all aspects of financial operations
Oversee a growing team of 10–20 finance and accounting professionals
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions
Help develop strategic financial plans for multiple dental practices and service entities
Ensure compliance with GAAP and accrual accounting standards

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, dental, or professional services
Knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and budgeting
Proficiency with Sage Intacct is highly preferred
Proven ability to manage and mentor mid-size teams (10–20 people)
Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
