Job Overview
Are you passionate about providing exceptional patient care and looking to be part pf a patient -focused, collaborative, and innovative dental care team? We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our practice and help us deliver patient focused dental services in a fun and supportive environment. This position is part-time to cover a medical leave for about 6 months. This position can turn into permanent.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Warm, friendly, and good with people (including therapy dogs).
Professional and business-appropriate approach and appearances.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manners; strong command of the English language.
Experienced in maneuvering all features of Dentrix.
Have 5+ years of experience in Dental Front Office
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and effective use of the internet.
Adaptable and versatile; a team player ready to take on various tasks as needed to support the team, while also being self-motivated.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to schedule appointments, prepare fee estimates, post treatment, and post payments.
Comfortable accurately updating and maintaining patient records.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary $27.00-30.00/hour with increase as mutually agreed upon goals are met.
401k after one year
One-week paid vacation to after one year, 6 sick days start to accrue at time of hire
