Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in various dental procedures. This role requires a commitment to patient assessment, treatment planning, and the execution of dental services in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Duties

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Conduct dental extractions, oral surgeries, and other necessary procedures with precision.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Fabricate dental appliances and restorations as required.
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.
Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout all procedures.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid dental license to practice in the state.
Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental office management software is preferred.
Strong skills in patient care, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience with dental extractions, oral surgery, medical imaging, and fabrication of dental appliances is highly desirable.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance within the practice.
