Position: Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator
Location: Orange, Santa Ana, Buena Park, or La Mirada office (based on where you live)
Schedule: Full-Time (Some Saturdays Required)
Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 per year (Based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our high-performing team. This is a full-time position with occasional Saturday shifts, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and office performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the dental office to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Confidently present and review treatment plans with patients
Perform full treatment coordinating duties, including financial discussions, insurance breakdowns, and patient follow-up
Supervise front office team and coordinate schedules, patient flow, and staff needs
Monitor practice performance metrics and contribute to achieving office goals
Handle patient concerns and ensure top-notch customer service
Maintain compliance with all office policies and dental regulations

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in dental office management or treatment coordinating
Must have strong treatment coordinating skills and the ability to guide patients through their care plans
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and financial arrangements
Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.)
Flexible to work some Saturdays as needed
