Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our dental practice. In this vital role, you will co-manage front office operations, support patient communication, and help create a seamless, high-quality experience from the first phone call to checkout.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and elevated first impression
Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails with excellent communication and phone etiquette
Schedule and confirm appointments while optimizing the daily schedule for efficiency and flow
Coordinate new patient onboarding and ensure a smooth, organized experience from start to finish
Assist with patient check-in and check-out, including reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements
Maintain accurate patient records through data entry, documentation, and attention to detail
Utilize dental software and office tools (e.g., practice management systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dentrix Ascend) to support daily operations
Support patient education and communication by answering questions and guiding next steps
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental or medical front office role preferred
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with patients
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and office systems (dental software experience is a plus)
High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and documentation
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service and patient experience
