Dash City Dentistry is growing and looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator!

Our Practice prides itself on delivering top-quality patient care while promoting a positive work environment for our team. Our ideal candidate for the Front Desk Coordinator Position will have the ability to develop strong working relationships with the dentist and staff and promote teamwork through demonstrated behaviors while delivering exemplary patient care.

At least 2 years of Dental Experience Required and Bilingual Preferred!

Responsibilities: The Front Desk Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service, Verifying Insurance and completing detailed benefit breakdowns, Answering phones, Scheduling appointments, Checking patients in and out, Collecting co-payments, and Presenting treatment plans.

Skills: Dental Front Office experience required, Working Knowledge of dental insurance, experience presenting treatment plans, Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
