Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a busy dental office . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional patient service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and addressing patient inquiries.
Schedule and confirm dental appointments while maintaining an organized calendar.
Verify insurance information and assist patients with understanding their coverage options.
Maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and treatment histories.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
Provide support in handling patient concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Experience

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front desk role is REQUIRED.
Familiarity with revenue well scheduling software and phone systems is advantageous.
Eaglesoft experience REQUIRED
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
A commitment to providing excellent patient service in a friendly manner is required.
