Busy, privately-owned dental practice is seeking a detail-oriented, friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist / Scheduling Coordinator / Manager to join our wonderful team in San Francisco! This position is 36-40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

Someone with a servant's heart
Happy, friendly attitude, anxious to provide our patients with the very best dental experience
1+ years of Outstanding Customer Service experience and has "the Ritz Carlton touch"
Familiar with Computer Systems and software
Do you get excited about completing a project, only to start a new one?
Excellent Multi-tasker

Duties Include:

Greeting patients warmly when they arrive
Checking patients in/out
Scheduling appts and maintaining full schedule
Insurance verification and submit insurance claims
Collection related duties
Compile and present Treatment Plans
Correspondence to patients via email and text messaging system
Answering phones and patient questions/ concerns
