We are seeking a reliable individual with a dental background to join our busy dental practice in Paxton, ma.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and tidy
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues

-Provide patients co-pay estimates for next visit

-Collect patient payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

-Enter in insurance payments

-send claims to insurance

- work on insurance aging reports

-work on accounts receivable

Skills:
- Proficient in using Dental Software (Dentrix Perferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Knowledge of dental procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Monday 8:00am-5:00pm

Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm

Wednesday 8:00am-6:00pm

Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm

Friday Closed

Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm (only 2 Saturdays a month)

Hourly salary is based off of performance and experience.
