**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a competent and friendly Dental Front Desk Coordinator who can efficiently manage the front desk operations, handle phone calls, and assist with dental insurance processing. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and comfortable with computer software work.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter the office

- Manage incoming calls and emails, schedule appointments, and answer patient inquiries

- Verify and process dental insurance information accurately

- Enter patient information, treatment plans, and payments into the computer system

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferred

- Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and dental practice management software

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude
