Bay Area Kids Dentistry in San Jose, CA is a leading pediatric dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a fun, friendly, and family-oriented environment. We are looking for a dedicated Practice Manager to lead our team, ensure operational excellence, and drive practice growth.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a dynamic pediatric dental team while maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our young patients and their families.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities Include

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pediatric practice to optimize clinic efficiency
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely service delivery that exceeds customer expectations
Drive high standards of care through optimal administrative excellence, including inquiries, billing, and record-keeping
Implement and oversee the adherence to office policies and procedures to maintain high productivity and compliance
Collaborate with dentists and staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth, addressing any issues that may arise

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience managing an pediatric or general dental practice
Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing dental practices.
Outgoing and socially poised; accomplishes goals by working with others
Proactive and results-oriented with a hands-on approach to challenges
