Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various procedures, and promoting good oral health practices. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dental team to deliver exceptional patient care in a friendly and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery.
Provide preventive care and education to patients regarding oral hygiene practices.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Engage in pediatric dentistry, providing specialized care for children in a comfortable manner.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Strong patient care skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for all patients.
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry techniques for improved procedural efficiency.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software.
Knowledge of infection control standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
Experience in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to educate patients about their treatment options and oral health practices.
