Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment, treatment planning, and the execution of various dental procedures.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, pediatric dentistry, and preventive care.
Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental issues effectively.
Maintain accurate patient records using Epic or similar dental software systems.
Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and hygienic environment during all procedures.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry setup for efficient patient care.
Stay updated on advancements in dental practices and technologies to provide the best care possible.

Skills

Proficient in patient assessment with excellent communication skills to explain treatment options clearly.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology related to dentistry.
Experience with medical imaging tools and techniques for accurate diagnostics.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry practices for enhanced efficiency during procedures.
Expertise in aseptic techniques to maintain high standards of infection control.
Experience in root canal therapy and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental office environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $185,013.47 - $222,811.92 per year
