We are a privately owned, upbeat dental office looking for a full-time Front Office Receptionist to join our exceptional team. If you’re friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering great customer service—we’d love to welcome you!

Dental experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile
Scheduling and confirming appointments (treatment & hygiene)
Answering phones, emails, and patient messages
Collecting patient co-pays
Managing basic insurance verifications
Presenting treatment plans and reviewing hygiene recall
Managing patient data and electronic records
General office support and helping wherever needed

Schedule:

4-day work week:
Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Occasional Fridays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay: $22–$30, based on experience
