Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and supporting the overall efficiency of our healthcare facility.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records using computerized systems.
Handle phone inquiries, directing calls to appropriate staff members as needed.
Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical histories.
Assist with dental verification processes and ensure accurate documentation for insurance claims.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with health information management regulations.
Collaborate with staff to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
Utilize software systems such as carestack and online dental portals for record management and appointment scheduling.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
