Proven experience as a dental manager is a must, such as:

Experience with dental software (knowledge of Curve is a plus)
Savvy problem solving, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Leadership experience interfacing with cross-disciplinary teams
Exceptional written and communication skills
An ability adapt to situations
