Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry. This role involves working closely with patients to diagnose and treat dental issues, while also ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to determine patient needs.
Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care, including but not limited to fillings, crowns, and extractions.
Maintain accurate medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in delivering four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care.
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, particularly in areas such as endodontics and general dentistry.
Utilize Dentrix software for managing patient records and scheduling appointments effectively.

Skills

Proficient knowledge of medical records management and patient care best practices.
Strong understanding of infection control measures within a dental office setting.
Solid foundation in human anatomy as it relates to dental health.
Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Familiarity with endodontic procedures is highly desirable.
Competency in aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during treatments.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105.20 - $110.69 per hour
