The ideal candidate will be able to help patients and the practice with coordination of schedules as well as managing patient communication systems. Our growing periodontal practice is searching for a multi-talented person to cheerfully welcome patients into our practice, answer our phones and skillfully manage our schedule, with a winning smile and an engaging personality. Responsibilities and Duties

You must be dedicated to detail and follow-up.

Manage patient communication system
Handle incoming and outbound phone calls
Provide information
Preparing patient charts for next business day
Manage schedule / recall
Confirming patient appointments
Responsible for keeping hygiene schedule full
Responsible for keeping doctors schedule full
Creating and presenting treatment plans
Accepting payments and posting them to patient ledgers
Keeping reception area clean and neat
Send prescriptions in
Is a great team player

Answer the phone with a smile and help patients schedule appointments or direct their call to someone that can help.

Qualifications and Skills

Bilingual - Spanish/English a plus but not required

Previous experience in a dental office is preferred

Previous call center experience a plus

Friendly, organized, and good communication.

Must be able to hear, understand, and speak clearly on the phone.

Ability to perform basic operations in Word, Excel, and Google Chrome (web browser)
