Hygiene Coordinator – Join Our Friendly & Professional Dental Team!
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 Days/Week

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and patient-focused Hygiene Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team! If you’re passionate about delivering excellent patient care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping schedules running smoothly – we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the hygiene schedule to ensure it is filled to goal daily
Confirm appointments and follow up on cancellations or no-shows
Contact patients using ASAP lists, recare lists, broken appointment lists, and treatment finder
Coordinate with patients for upcoming cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and new patient visits
Send digital paperwork and reminders ahead of visits
Check patients out, schedule future appointments, and ensure all billing is accurate
Support the hygiene team by maximizing daily production and patient flow
Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

Dental front office or hygiene scheduling experience preferred
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental, or similar) is a plus
Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using technology, text/email platforms, and recall systems
Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
