We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager with a minimum of 5 years of dental experience, including at least 2 years in a dental management role, to lead the daily operations of our busy practice.

Duties:

Team Leadership & Management:
Supervise and manage office staff, ensuring efficient completion of administrative tasks.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Operational Excellence:
Develop, implement, and maintain effective office policies and procedures.
Optimize appointment scheduling, meetings, and event coordination.
Manage office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance.
Financial Oversight:
Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Patient Relations & Compliance:
Handle patient inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure strict compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
Systems Management:
Maintain and optimize the use of our dental practice management software.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in dental office operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office management role.
Dental Assisting experience is a significant plus.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Proficiency with dental practice management systems, specifically Dentrix Ascend.
Comprehensive understanding of dental clinic operations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workload effectively.
Reliable commute to Romeoville, IL.
Ability to relocate to Romeoville, IL.
