Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who is dependable, flexible, and interested in filling in as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants flexible hours with the potential for a full-time position in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Provide chairside assisting during dental procedures (primary focus)
Support with sterilization and operatory turnover
Assist with front desk duties (training available if needed)
Be available on a flexible, as-needed basis to fill in for team members

What We’re Looking For

Active Minnesota Dental Assisting License (required)
Reliable and adaptable with a team-player attitude
Some front desk experience is a plus – will train the right candidate
Comfortable with variable hours (no guaranteed set schedule)
Interest in long-term opportunities is a bonus!
