We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at a busy dental office. Responsibilities

Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency.
Review and manage dental records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Conduct documentation reviews to ensure all patient information is up-to-date and complete.
Provide exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with patients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

Skills
