We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our growing dental clinic as a foundational team member. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership of their role, help build a strong clinical foundation, and grow with us long-term.

As the sole Dental Assistant, you will play a critical role in both the back and front office. You must be confident in managing a dynamic workload, maintaining clinical excellence, and supporting the patient experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality chairside assisting in general dentistry, endodontic procedures, and surgical treatments
Utilize intraoral scanning technology with precision and efficiency
Proficiently take full-mouth series (FMX), panoramic x-rays, and CBCT scans
Ensure proper sterilization and infection control, including autoclaving and instrument processing
Maintain clinical operatory organization and support inventory management
Assist in front desk operations when called upon, including scheduling, patient communication, billing coordination, and reception duties
Deliver exceptional patient care and ensure smooth daily workflow for the doctor

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant
Skilled in intraoral scanning
Proficiency in assisting with root canals and surgical procedures
Strong understanding of sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance
Experience with dental imaging systems (digital x-rays, pano, CBCT)
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Comfortable taking initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to grow into expanded responsibilities as the clinic scales
