Associate Dentist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, from pediatric patients to adults and seniors. The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and techniques.

Duties:

- Provide routine and complex dental care to patients, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, and root canal therapy.
- Conduct comprehensive patient exams, including vital signs and medical history reviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in dental technology, including medical imaging and medical documentation.
- Participate in infection control and follow all protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the practice team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Work closely with prosthodontists to design and deliver custom prosthetics and dentures.
- Keep patients informed and educated about their treatment options and oral health.

Requirements:

- Current licensure as a dentist in the state where the practice is located.
- Completion of an accredited dental degree program.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Certification in medical imaging and dental anesthesia is preferred.

Skills:

- Experience with pediatric patients and their unique dental needs.
- Proficiency with medical documentation and dental systems.
- Expertise in root canal therapy and prosthodontics.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and medical terminology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $355,000.00 per year
