We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the dental office. Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding services, treatments, and insurance coverage.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and care plans.

Utilize Open Dental sogtware for managing patient information and scheduling.
Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks as needed.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient service and care delivery.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Dental office is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
Familiarity with insurance verification is essential.
Proficiency in using Open Dental or similar dental management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and staff.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
