We’re looking for a Digital Lab Technician to support our growing in-house lab with digital design, milling, and case management. If you’re comfortable in a CAD/CAM environment and take pride in the details, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

Design crowns, bridges, and full arch implant restorations using digital software (3Shape, Exocad)
Assist in digital denture workflows from design to final setup
Operate milling machines and 3D printers
Collaborate with prosthodontists and lab team to ensure precision and esthetics
Manage digital files and maintain lab equipment

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):

Experience finishing ceramics (staining, glazing, contouring)
Knowledge of hybrid or full-arch workflows
Ability to finalize complete and partial dentures

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of digital dental lab experience
Strong CAD/CAM skills and familiarity with digital workflow
Detail-oriented with high standards for quality
Collaborative attitude and excellent communication
