We're Hiring: Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant

What You’ll Do:

Assist the dentist during exams and procedures with precision and care
Take and develop dental X-rays while ensuring patient safety
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Educate kids and their parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Uphold infection control standards and maintain a clean, safe environment
Keep the day running smoothly by managing patient flow and clinical readiness
Operate and maintain dental equipment responsibly
Use your knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy to support care
Mentor and support a team of assistants
Train and coach new hires
Maintain inventory and order back office supplies
Oversee chairside efficiency and clinical excellence
Travel between our two Tucson locations

What We’re Looking For:

Solid understanding of pediatric dentistry practices
Familiarity with dental terminology and anatomy for children
Skilled in taking X-rays and following radiographic safety
Excellent communication skills with children and families
Experience working with kids (a plus, not a must)
