Our dental office is seeking a motivated team player for a full time position Monday through Thursday 7:45am to 5pm. Dental experience is a huge plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are seeking a people person with excellent communication skills. A person who is extremely reliable, positive, organized and able to multi task:

This role serves as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, support and making our patients feel welcome
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have dental insurance knowledge and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
Assist with office management tasks, including filing and organizing documents
Provide customer support by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
